Nos satisface comunicarles que el Grupo de Empresas al que pertenece ACENS TECHNOLOGIES SLU e INTERDOMAIN SAU ha abordado un proceso de restructuración empresarial el cual ha culminado en la ejecución de la fusión mediante la cual las actividades que venían siendo desarrolladas por INTERDOMAIN SAU pasarán a ser realizadas por la entidad ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U., con C.I.F. número B-84.948.736

Como consecuencia de la fusión la sociedad absorbida ha transmitido en bloque su respectivo patrimonio social a ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U , quién ha adquirido por sucesión universal los derechos y obligaciones de aquélla, la cual queda disuelta y extinguida sin liquidación.

Por lo tanto, les comunicamos que las facturas que ustedes reciban a partir del mes de Noviembre de este año, vendrán expedidas por ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U , cuyos datos son los que siguen a continuación:

Este cambio de titularidad no afecta a las condiciones de los servicios que usted contrató con nosotros, no obstante, a partir de la fecha indicada, será ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U. la sociedad prestadora de los citados servicios y la que le emitirá las facturas correspondientes. Por este motivo, los datos personales que usted ha facilitado desde que contrató los servicios, y que siguen siendo necesarios para la prestación de los mismos, pasarán a formar parte de un fichero de datos de carácter personal titularidad de ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U., quien será el nuevo responsable de su tratamiento, y cuya finalidad será la gestión de servicio contratado.

We are pleased to inform you that the Group of Companies to which ACENS TECHNOLOGIES SLU e INTERDOMAIN SAU belongs has undertaken a business restructuring process which has culminated in a merger by which the activities which INTERDOMAIN SAU has been carrying out are going to be performed by the company ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U., with Tax Number B-84.948.736

This change of ownership does not affect the terms of the services which you contracted with us, nevertheless, as of the stated date the company providing the said services and which will be issuing the appropriate invoices will be ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U.
